The delivery driver will only call you if there is an issue with the delivery

You are not required to be there upon delivery, but it is recommended to mark a spot, with a cone or an "X" with tape, where the driver can drop off your tote.

The delivery fee is per delivery, not per pallet.

So 1 pallet or 10 pallets are a flat $25 delivery fee
